Description
This course will cover all aspects of the law related to water rights and ditch rights as applied in Colorado.
- Subject matters include: the appropriation, perfection, limitations, attributes, use, abandonment, and enforcement of various types of water rights.
- Additional subject matter will include special rules for groundwater, public rights in appropriated water, Federal and interstate compacts, and more.
- REALTORS® and Appraisers who attend the training with attendance verification will receive eight continuing education credits, and Attorneys will receive nine continuing education credits.
- IF you are a real estate licensee, an Appraiser, AND an Attorney, you will receive three separate certificates.
This class is open to non-ROCC members, including interested members of the public, government officials, and non-profit leaders.
