The new Chaffee County Land Use Code has been approved. It will change the allowable parameters for land use based on its characterization.

On Tuesday, December 17^th, from 12 – 3 pm, Miles Cottom, the Director of County Planning & Zoning, will be providing ROCC members with training on the recent updates and clarifying some of the nuances in the new Chaffee Land Use Code. See below for event details
