We invite you for a series of complimentary sessions focusing on VA Financing, Renovation Financing, and Interest Rates. Each session will be 1 hour short, totaling 3 hours of CE credits. Whether you are interested in one specific topic or all three, we encourage you to attend!

Please find below the schedule for the sessions:

1. 10:30 am - VA Financing, 1 CE: Understanding the unique benefits of VA loans for veterans/active military and the additional requirements/guidelines associated with purchasing a home utilizing this type of loan.

2. 11:40 am - Renovation Financing, 1 CE: This class dives into renovation financing and maps out the steps needed to complete a renovation loan, as well as helpful marketing tips to increase offers for your listings and open up more options for buyers.

3. 12:50 pm - Interest Rates, 1 CE: This class takes a close look at mortgage interest rates and gives historical context to better understand today’s environment as well as an overview of how different factors affect rates, points, and when it makes/don’t make sense to buy down the rate.
