Description

This course will teach users how to access public records data from a listing search and introduce them to the new Full Property View, which gives them a more complete picture of a property. Users will learn how to conduct a public record search in Matrix, share public records information with a customer via the Client Portal, save public records search, export data and generate mailing labels. In addition, users will learn how to customize their public records search and display criteria to ensure they are accessing data specific to their needs.
