Description

This advanced course will explore tools and reports in Matrix and Realist that can help students price properties competitively, including 4 different CMA reports. Students will learn to generate property-specific and comparative reports, as well as how to quickly and efficiently search for comparable properties and use the Matrix CMA wizard. Students will understand how to retain, share, and manage reports generated in both systems. *Recommended Prerequisites: Matrix - Accessing What You Want and Realist - Accessing Public Records Information CE Credit: None
