Contracts and Redline Review: Contracts class DELUXE! We will cover the redline changes, and, most importantly, we will cover the updated BEST PRACTICES. Take a contracts class annually to stay up to date with the current practices.

Some of you may wonder what differentiates this course from the Redlines class and the Annual Update class. The Contract to Buy and Sell is the single most important contract in a real estate brokers business. This streamlined course takes you to a deeper dive into the changes and new forms, including some of the more complicated and confusing provisions that brokers need to know.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to implement and explain what changed, learn why the changes were made, what risks are associated with the changes, and how to explain the new forms and provisions to clients.
