The Colorado Real Estate Commission requires all real estate licensees to complete a Commission Update course annually. This class can be taken anytime during the 2024 calendar year, but it is recommended that you take it as early in the year as possible since it covers important brokerage compliance, general practice issues, regulations, revisions on contracts/forms, and legislative changes.

In order to receive CE credits, you must: have video capability, have a video on, and be visible for the duration of the class. You may not drive, show homes or participate in any distractions during class. CE credits will not be given to those who fail to follow these guidelines.
